Each item of Nextrepresent goes through a rigorous authentication process by our expert team. Tracking numbers are usually available within 72 hours, depending on the order arrangement.

Multiple pieces of clothing will use one tracking number, each pair of shoes will have a tracking number, and when you purchase multiple pairs of shoes, you will receive multiple tracking numbers.
After we send you the tracking number, there may be a delay in the tracking information display. It is recommended to check again after 8 hours.

After we send you the tracking number, it takes 9-12 working days to ship to European countries, 9-13 working days to ship to the United States, and 12-15 working days to ship to Canada.

Returns are only accepted within 7 days of the delivery date, provided the item is in original condition with Nextrepresent tags attached.

Under normal circumstances, the buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, and the return address will be provided after the Nextrepresent customer service team confirms the exchange.
